Double the fun at the Old Ship

This weekend there’s two servings of delicious cabaret at the Old Ship in Limehouse. On Saturday (14 Jan) it’s the always tasty Lola Lasagne and then on Sunday (15 Jan) the constantly fruity Mandy Gap will be swinging her Union Jack handbag like there’s no tomorrow.

Cabaret at the George & Dragon

There’s always fun to be had with the Duchess and her gang at the George and Dragon in Greenwich and this weekend they have Miss Jason on Friday (13 Jan), Lola Lasagne the next night on Saturday (14 Jan) and on Sunday (15 Jan) Ian Parker will be tinkering the ivories with some show tunes with the brilliant CK.

Starman at Her Upstairs

This Sunday (15 Jan) the team at Her Upstairs in Camden present Starman, a tribute to the life and work of David Bowie. Hosted by Ruby Wednesday it will feature Trindy Aurora, Pi the Mime, Mynxie Monroe, Laura Gewn Miles, Drastik Measure and more. Plus the night will be raising money for Gendered Intelligence, a charity set up to increasing understandings of gender diversity in creative ways, something we think David would have approved of.

Cybil’s back at the White Swan

Next Saturday (21 Jan) sees the return of the extraordinary Cybil’s House club team to the White Swan in Limehouse. Night of a Thousand Cybils will feature Meth, Virgin Xtravaganzah, Crystal Lubrikunt, E.Z. Street and a wild party crowd. 

Bitches Ahoy at Above the Stag

It’s time to grab your ring and go cruising next week as Bitches Ahoy sails into Above the Stag Theatre in Vauxhall. This hilarious gay holiday play opens next Thursday (19 Jan) and tickets are on sale now at abovethestag.com.
