There’s always fun to be had at the Admiral Duncan and this weekend looks a cracker. The madness starts on Thursday (26 Jan) with Sandra and her STD, followed on Friday (27 Jan) by Myra DuBois. Saturday night sees the marvellous Strawberry Whip and on Sunday(29 Jan) all hell breaks loose at Chipz For Tea with Baga Chipz and guests.
Spice Upstairs Your Life
So here’s a story from A to Z… If you wanna zig-a-zig ah this Saturday (28 Jan) then shake it to the left (if you’re having a good time) and head to Her Upstairs in Camden for Spice World. This Spice Girls themed night will feature the most extraordinary tribute act ever, when Lady Lloyd as Posh, Snow White Trash as Baby, Silver Summers (pictured right) as Sporty, Baga Chipz as Ginger and Honey Fox as Scary perform loads of hits including Who Do You Think You Are?, Holler and Stop. The Genesis Xtravaganzah at the RVT
This Wednesday (1 Feb) the seriously marvellous Virgin Xtravaganzah presents The Genesis Xtravaganzah at the RVT. XXL Valentine’s
As we hurtle towards the end of January, a young man’s thoughts turn to love… Well, OK, maybe not so much love, more like snogging the face off some delicious bear on the dancefloor while copping a feel of his yummy bum. All this and more will be on offer in two weeks’ time on Saturday 11 February at XXL Valentine’s when love and lust will be in the air. Barbarella at the RVT
We love the RVT Film Club, it’s a super fun night out and they always choose great movies. Next Wednesday (8 Feb) they are showing the totally brilliant Barbarella – Queen of the Galaxy starring the gorgeous Jane Fonda in a truly iconic and camp role.
G-A-Y update
This Saturday night the gang at G-A-Y will be celebrating girl groups with music from all your favourites, from the Spice Girls to Little Mix, as the DJs count down their top 20s, plus there’s a live PA from newbies M.O. The following Saturday (4 Feb) the brilliant Bebe Rexha is back at the club to launch her new single I Got You.
Lady Bunny in Soho
It’s sometimes easy to forget there was a drag scene in America before a certain TV show, but there was and Lady Bunny was and is the queen of the USA. From Valentine’s Day, Tuesday 14 February, the legendary performer will be bringing her hilarious show Trans-Jester to the Soho Theatre for 11 dates. Cabaret at the Old Ship
There’s a packed weekend ahead at the Old Ship in Limehouse. Friday (27 Jan) is all about their resident DJs mixing up the hits and then on Saturday (28 Jan) there’s cabaret from Myra DuBois, while Sunday (29 Jan) sees the fabulous Miss Terry Tour belting out the hits.

Ruggercub at the Brewers
Next Friday (3 Feb) is going to be action packed at the Two Brewers in Clapham. Those lovely lads from the Kings Cross Steelers are back for another rough and tumble session of hot club night Ruggercub with cabaret from Lola Lasagne, the Steelers top model contest, plus DJs Demon and Phil Marriott. And as if that wasn’t enough, at 9pm the amazing DE Experience is back too.
Twisted vs SBN
