Manager Heather and her team have a totes amazeballs Easter weekend planned with every kind of fun on offer, and they will be collecting for The Food Chain all weekend too. Here’s a sneak peek at the goods on offer.
Backing the Stars karaoke: Thursday 13 April, 12pm – 12am
Unleash your inner diva as the hugely popular Kevin Walsh leads us into the Easter weekend with his Backing the Stars karaoke session.
Dave Lynn: Good Friday 14 April, 12pm – 3am
Dave Lynn is a one hundred percent cabaret legend and this is your chance to find out why when the Brighton belle takes to the Halfway stage at 10pm, while DJ Little John is on knob twiddling duties.
Halfway Saturdays: Saturday 15 April, 12pm – 3am
If Halfway Saturdays were an Easter egg they would be a large, brightly packaged one stuffed with yummy treats. And on Easter Saturday the madness starts with showbiz chick Mrs Moore at 3pm followed by Rose Garden at 5pm with her hilarious Swap-Shop and some lip sync craziness. This being a special weekend there’s an eggstra special treat in the shape of Mary Mac and her Supper Special from 9pm followed by the venue’s own princesses, the new look Vixens. And the whole shebang is overlooked by delectable DJ Justin Swift.
CK Sunday: Easter Sunday 16 April, 12pm – late
For some people Easter Sunday is a deeply spiritual day, but not so much for those lucky enough to be at CK Sunday. The ever-lovely Kelly Mild will be in charge from 3.30pm along with some special guests, and as if that wasn’t enough Tanya Hyde is there from 8.30pm along with former Vixen, Dixie Delight.
Backing the Stars karaoke: Bank Holiday Monday 17 April, 12pm – 12am
Finish your weekend as you started with another bash at the karaoke when Kevin Walsh encourages you to take on your favourite songs from ABBA to Adele from 8pm.
Entry is free all weekend.
