See Lucie Jones at G-A-Y

Next Saturday night (29 Apr) Jeremy Joseph will be welcoming the lovely Lucie Jones to G-A-Y. Lucie was
one of our favourite acts on series six of The X Factor and since being on the show has appeared in West End shows such as Les Misérables and American Psycho, and was even in an episode of Doctor Who spin off the The Sarah Jane Adventures. In January, Lucie was announced as the 2017 UK Eurovision entry with the song Never Give Up On You, which was co-written by 2013 winner Emmelie de Forest.

XXL Spring Break

For the May Day bank holiday weekend the team at Pulse are coming over all hot American college jocks at XXL Spring Break. Think big bears, blokes and various hotties dressed in wet T-shirts and skimpy shorts – sounds like a plan to us! Plus you get those amazing DJs too.

Myra’s bank holiday bender at the RVT

Next Sunday (30 Apr) it’s an extended Sunday Social at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern and right bang in the middle of the May Day madness will be Rotherham’s unsolicited Eurovision star, Myra DuBois. She’ll be leading you by the hand and the wallet to the bar and back again via the media of song and stand up. Plus those brilliant DJs will be rocking the venue until 3am.

DE back at the Brewers

The team at the Two Brewers will be kicking off the May Day Bank Holiday weekend in style on Friday (28 Apr) when the all-conquering DE Experience returns to the Clapham cabaret mothership. Tickets are on sale now at the bar.

Kabaret at Ku

With no school the next day, next Sunday (30 Apr) is going to be a big one as it’s a bank holiday weekend, and no more so that at the marvellous Ku Kabaret downstairs at Klub on Lisle Street. The Boyz Award-winning Jacqui Swallows will be on hand with some special guests from 7pm and the whole shebang is followed by fellow award-winner DJ Lady Lloyd.

CK Sunday at Halfway

If it’s a Sunday and if it’s Halfway II Heaven then you know it’s going to be Crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild at CK Sunday. Next Sunday (30 Apr) the girls will be dancing around their own May pole  with songs in their hearts and a stack of shots on the bar, plus Tanya Hyde will be on later as well. You have been warned…
