Drag Idol Reporter at the Admiral Duncan: Wednesday 14th June
Just when you thought the drama was over… last Wednesday was the Drag Idol Wild Card semi-final at the Admiral Duncan.
Hosted by Drag Idol dynamic duo of Crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild this exciting semi saw four acts – Ginny Lemon, Veronica Montenegro, Scarlet SoHandsome and Luke Warm – fight it out for the judges to be the fourth act in the Grand Final. It was actually supposed to be five acts but at almost the last moment Felix Le Freak got delayed just outside Brighton and couldn’t take part. Each act brought something very different to the contest and in the end the judges chose… Actually we can’t tell you who they chose as the identity of the fourth finalist is secret but will be revealed next week on the cover of Boyz. The Wild Card winner will be on our cover alongside Shania Twain, Gingzilla and Tracy Barlow, who are the confirmed finalists, taking part in the big battle on Friday 30 June at the Two Brewers.
