All you need to know about the Brighton Pride after-parties on 5th Aug

Brighton Pride is only a few weeks away on the first weekend of August. This massive summer celebration not only features the Parade, Preston Park, the Pleasure Gardens and the Pride Village Party, but there’s also a host of amazing after parties as well. Here’s a look at what’s on offer, plus some exciting stop press news!

Horse Meat Disco at Patterns

Saturday 5 August, 10pm – 4am 

International gay clubbing brand Horse Meat Disco comes to Brighton for this very special party. We are promised a spectacular disco behemoth of classics, Italo disco, house, oddities and punk funk from DJs Severino and Luke Howard in the main room with a giant disco ball and that amazing sound system. Plus on the infamous Patterns terrace, you get DJ legends Fat Tony, Paul Heron, Jeffery Hinton and Freddie Dimanche.

Pride Beach Party at Ohso Social

Saturday 5 August, 10pm – 4am 

The Pride Beach Party is always hugely popular at the gorgeous Ohso Social on King’s Road. DJ superstar and local boy Seamus Haji will be playing big phat house tunes on the terrace with guests Chris Pullin and Lady Lola.

Sink The Pink at Club Tropicana

Saturday 5 August, 10pm-3am

The team from Sink The Pink are promising us, the wildest glitter-fuelled, wigtastic, beard beautiful, serendipitous hedonism ever. Packed with colourful club kids, fashion sweeties, large scale dance routines, a riot of alternative drag and lip-syncs that will blow our Pride minds!

Sunday Sundae Pride Reunion at Patterns

Sunday 6 August, 3pm – 3am

Sunday Sundae has become a Brighton Pride legend over the past few years. It’s the perfect place to spend your Sunday afternoon with its life affirming mix of hot house, classy disco, stunning location, loved up clubbers and its gloriously sexy vibe. DJs this year include, Paul Heron, Dave Kendrick, Jeffery Hinton, Freddie Dimanche, Wildblood & Queenie, King K and Chris Pullin. It’s always a roadblock, so order your tickets now.

Once Upon a Dancefloor at Ohso Social

Sunday 6 August, 5pm – late

This special Sunday party will feature the amazing DJ talents of Brighton legend Dulcie Danger plus Maze & Masters and Chris Pullin taking you on a journey through a classic house session of epic proportions as the anthems ring out all night long across Ohso Social’s beachside terrace.

The team at Brighton Pride have just confirmed that dance music legends Jocelyn Brown and DJ David Morales are to headline Wild Fruit’s 25th Anniversary Summer Of Love Dance Big Top in Preston Park on Saturday 5 August. They are joining an already spectacular line-up which includes Seamus Haji, Fat Tony, Maze & Masters, Prok & Fitch and loads more.
