It’s big and sexy and filled with bears, and this Saturday (8 Jul) XXL Pride at Pulse puts the furry zing into your Pride night. A host of cabaret stars including Myra DuBois, Mary Mac, Rose Garden, Son of a Tutu, Miss Penny, Sandra and more will be performing, plus there will be an auction and raffle too.

The Duke of Wellington

Being right in the middle of Soho means that the Duke of Welly is at the epicentre of Pride on Saturday (8 Jul). The pub will be open from midday and they will have two superstar drag DJs serving up the hits in the gorgeous shapes of Vicki Vivacious and Cookie Monstar. It’s going to be loads of fun.

LSBU Love to Learn, Learn to Love

To coincide with Pride In London, London South Bank University has launched its own campaign to champion the rights of the LGBT+ community within the university and the wider community. LSBU Chief Operation Officer Ian Mehrtens said: “The campaign aims to ensure our engaging and exciting learning environment is accessible and supportive to all, and in this case particularly for the LGBT+ community.” See lsbu.ac.uk for more details.

Comptons Pride DJ fest

On Saturday (8 Jul) Old Compton Street will be crazy mad bonkers and right in the middle of it all will be the grand dame herself, Comptons. The gang have teamed with Beyond and there will be an amazing DJ line up including Steve Pitron, Miswhite, James Bartlett, Louis Chatten, Terry Bryan and more plus some of those jaw-dropping go-go boys. Wahoo!

Circa does Pride

Circa on Firth Street is always one of the busiest and best places to spend your Pride Saturday (8 Jul). This year the venue will be open from midday until 4am – yep, that’s a mind-blowing 14 hours of amazing Circa fun with Alan and his team of super hot bar boys. Plus the music will be tip top with amazing DJs including Adam Turner, Sam Londt, Jonathan Bestley, Conor Bolton and Evan Gorgess.

Myra at the Retro Bar

The Retro Bar, just off the Strand, is one of our favourite places on Pride day with amazing music and a fun crowd. This year they have something special at 4pm when the unflappable Myra DuBois presents Pride? I’m Verging on Arrogance, her only full Pride show this year. There’s also music from DJs Heidi Heelz and Michael and it’s free entry with a collection for the Albert Kennedy Trust.

Ku’s Miami Beach Party

There will be Pride parties open till late at all the Ku venues on Saturday and at Ku Leicester Square they are throwing a Miami Beach Party. You can expect hot boys in swimwear, cocktails, bubbly and palm trees all in in their largest outside space yet, which will be transformed into a sexy beach.

Duckie Decrim at The RVT

The gang from Duckie are throwing an extra special Pride party this year. Duckie Decrim will be in their regular home of the RVT and they are taking over the arch next door. And this 1960s themed party will feature a selection of ‘dog-rough 60s Vauxhall drag’. We can’t wait!

Rupert Street at Pride

Rupert Street is a key part of Pride in London for many of us and the Soho venue comes into its own because of its iconic location. The bar will be open from 11am with DJs from 4pm and the venue will be rocking until 3am.
