If We Got Some More Cocaine I Could Show You How I Love You is the brilliantly titled play that returns to the Vault Festival from 14 to 25 February. Mikey and Casey are stuck on a roof and they find that there are some truths you can’t climb down from. Set twenty feet up, this raucous romantic drama of ‘small dreams and big hopes’, follows two young men as they smoke, drink and snort their way towards discovering love. Vinegar Strokes at The RVT

Next Wednesday (24 Jan) the brilliant Vinegar Strokes is back at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern with Vinegar’s Filthy Animals. She’s taking a night out from starring in Everybody’s Talking About Jamie in the West End to bring this totally outrageous queer night out to Vauxhall. This will be the full package with cabaret, hot naked boys, comedy, hot naked boys, music and, did we mention the hot naked boys? Paul Morrell’s new single

Paul Morrell is one of XXL’s main room resident DJs and his forthcoming single is shaping up to be a hit. The club smash is called Desire and features Indigo Marshall on vocals and was written by Paul and Kelli Leigh. It’s already picking up play on Radio 1 and if you’ve been to XXL recently you will have heard it in Paul’s sets, you can stream the edit now on Spotify and it’s available for downloading from the usual outlets on 16 February.

Cabaret at The Old Ship

This weekend John and his team at the Old Ship in Limehouse have more amazing cabaret for you. On Saturday (20 Jan) the marvellous Son of a Tutu will be there with DJ James Armour and on Sunday it is the mighty Lola Lasagne… don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Cookie’s quiz at the Duck + Rice
