Miss Hope Springs is back at the Brewers

On Friday 23 February that recovering showgirl and songwriter to the stars, Miss Hope Springs, is back in the Club Bar at the Two Brewers. Once again she will delve into her suitcase of dreams at the Clapham cabaret mothership that is becoming her second home for the show, Vegas to Weimar, which charts the time she spent in the seedier cabaret clubs of Berlin. The show is a glittering box stuffed with jewels of songs that range from bittersweet to laugh-out-loud, plus you get a fine selection of hilarious stories delivered like only she can. The Party is back at Above The Stag

Life’s one long party for the gang at Boyz Award-winning venue Above The Stag and just to prove it their 2017 smash comedy The Party is back from Wednesday 7 March – and everyone’s invited. All hail the George and Dragon’s drag-stravagnza 

Greenwich based royalty The Duchess and her minions at the George and Dragon welcome a gaggle of cabaret starts to her humble abode this weekend. Drag legend Dave Lynn is your star turn on Friday (16 Feb), Miss Terry Tour hits the stage on Saturday and on Sunday Dave is back with Scottish starlet Mary Mac plus the classy and amazing Miss Jason.

The Virgin and the Mommie at the RVT 

Next week there’s a typically untypical week at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern with the extraordinary shenanigans of Virgin Xtravaganzah and her new show The Weird AF Xtravaganzah on Wednesday (21 Feb). And the next day on Thursday The RVT Film Club presents a screening of the iconic classic Mommie Dearest, when Faye Dunaway played Joan Crawford.

Spend the weekend at Halfway 

Just near Charing Cross station is a small but perfectly formed cabaret bunker called Halfway II Heaven. This multi-Boyz Award-winning venue has loads on as always this weekend. Friday (16 Feb) features Miss Jason celebrating her 50th birthday while on Saturday you get the triple threat of Mrs Moore, Rose Garden and The Vixens. Sunday is all about Crystal and Kelly at CK Sunday. AND there’s a special show on Tuesday (20 Feb) from Aussie stunner Shae Den Freude who will wow the crowd in her first solo show at Halfway.

Her Madgesty at Her Upstairs

This Saturday the kids at Her Upstairs will be celebrating the ultimate pop icon when they turn over the night to all things Madonna at Her Madgesty. You can expect craziness from the likes of HERR, Margo Marshall, Tayce and more plus mega fan David Robson will be suppling the tunes.
