Halfway II Heaven CK 10: Sunday 11 March
If we were planning on a quiet and peaceful Sunday afternoon we really should have stayed away from Halfway II Heaven last weekend.
The Charing Cross cabaret bunker was packed with an excited crowd all there to celebrate 10 years of Sunday shenanigans with Crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild, aka CK. The fun started with some free glasses of bubbly before the girls took to the stage for a whole afternoon of brilliant entertainment. Not only did we get the girls belting out all their favourite songs and loads of laughs but also the CK Awards and a fantastic performance from Vileda Moppe. It was an amazing way to spend Sunday and there seemed to be something in our eye when they did the final and emotional song, the inevitable Suddenly Seymour. Congratulations girls, we love ya.
