New XXL album is out now

Following the success of their debut album last year the team at XXL have just released another pumped up collection of gorgeous floor fillers. Called XXL London 2018, this exciting compilation is mixed by XXL resident Paul Morrell and features XXXX tracks including cuts by Stonebridge, Baby D, Livin’ Joy, Matt Darey, Erkki R, Jon Pleased Wimmin, Far Kanal, the man himself Paul Morrell and many more. It’s a fantastic soundtrack for the summer and the perfect way to take him a slice of the Boyz Award-winning club. The White Swan’s new club night 

Next Saturday night (9 Jun) the gang at the White Swan are launching a new club night. Anti Social will feature R&B, house, disco, garage and much more with some amazing DJs and a party crowd at the Limehouse venue. It all kicks off at 9pm and you can buy advance tickets at bjswhiteswan.com

Cabaret at the Old Ship

This weekend, John and the gang at the Old Ship in Limehouse have more amazing cabaret for your pleasure. On Saturday (2 Jun) it’s the queen of elegance, Miss Battered Sausage herself, the one and only Baga Chipz, while on Sunday the quiet and demure Miss Penny will be your shining star.

Her Upstairs 

There’s amazing stuff going on every night at Her Upstairs and this week just two of the highlights include The Cocoa Butter Club hosted by Sadie Sinner on Thursday (31 May), showcasing and celebrating fabulous performers of colour. And on Saturday (2 Jun) it’s Myra’s Big Night Out when Rotherham’s least celebrated daughter, Myra DuBois, takes over the Camden venue. Don’t say we didn’t warn you…

Karaoke at the City of Quebec 

In case you haven’t heard, the City of Quebec is back on the cabaret scene and we are loving it. The venue located at the west end of Oxford Street is a great place to swing by after some tiring retail therapy, plus they have cabaret acts and more on over the weekend, and it starts with their Thursday night karaoke hosted by Mark the Hat.
