There’s always something fun happening at the cabaret mothership that is the Two Brewers down in Clapham, but last Friday was a hoot and a half, even by their high standards.
We were there for Ball, the monthly club night organised by gay footie team the London Titans, which this month had a Whitney theme with the brilliant name The Greatest Love of Ball. Not only was the place packed with frisky gay footballers (it’s a tough job, etc) but cabaret legend Sandra was performing too, and she was joined by West End star Sean Perkins who gave us a jaw-dropping tribute to the late Ms Houston. Hot boys, Whitney and a great crowd – it was a perfect Friday night.
