The Old Ship: Danny Beard, Friday 7 September
There’s something special about watching a great cabaret act in a smaller venue and last Friday Danny Beard was nothing short of sensational at the Old Ship.
Launching the Limehouse venue’s new Friday night cabaret spot, the Drag Idol and Britain’s Got Talent star was on great form. Cleary loving every minute, he used the whole venue, not just the stage, and had everyone including us in fits of laughter and singing along. This Saturday (15 Sep) there’s cabaret from Lola Lasagne at the Old Ship.
