Tanga does Madonna 

Tanga, the super hot, super fun Spanish party is making a welcome return to London on Friday 19 October with a second event at The Grand in Clapham. Last time they had Britney in their sights and this time they have none other than the queen of pop as their inspiration as they present Tanga Madonna. We will get a very special tribute to Madge plus an exclusive performance by Eleni Foureira, who was the runner up in this year’s Eurovision with her city, Fuego. Ripley’s back at Halfway 

This Monday (8 Oct) sees the brilliant Ripley bring her recent, and sold out,  Edinburgh show to one of her favourite London venues, Halfway II Heaven. The lip-sync queen will introduce us to her takes on the likes of Nicola Sturgeon, Theresa May and more, in what a very astute critic described as ‘the funniest political satire since Spitting image’… it was us, by the way.

The Three Degrees at The RVT 

On Wednesday 24 October the legendary Three Degrees will be performing a special show at The Royal Vauxhall Tavern. One of the most successful female vocal groups of all time The Three Degress have been performing since the 1960s and their hits include, Giving Up Giving In, Woman In Love, The Runner, Year of Decision and the classic number one when Will I See You Again. Alright Darling? The Contemporary Drag Scene

Greg Bailey, drag scene photographer and editor, is releasing his celebration of the world’s fiercest drag performers with this sassy book of wild fashion and backstage antics. Featuring photographs of some of the most well known faces of modern drag, including Alyssa Edwards, Courtney Act, Sharon Needles and Trixie Mattel – with a foreword by iconic queen Alaska Thunderfuck, this book is a must for all drag fans. Sweatbox gets sexier

As we’ve previously told you all, London’s busiest sauna – Sweatbox in Soho, is currently undergoing its £1million refurb. We’ve now had a sneak peek at the work so far, and it’s going to be quite the venue when it reopens in November. Red Run London 2018

The Red Run is the annual charity run that raises money for 32 HIV charities each year around world AIDS Day. This year’s run is on the day itself, Saturday 1 December and is at Victoria Park in East London. If you want to take part or get more info just go yo rerun.org.uk.
