Werq The World: Saturday 11 May
Last Saturday night we joined thousands of excited fans of RuPaul’s Drag Race to witness the truly spectacular Werq The World.
Wembley Arena was packed out with a young crowd all obviously thrilled to be seeing some of their drag queen heroes in this impressive show. Featuring a galaxy of stars from the world-conquering TV phenomenon including Detox, Aquaria, Naomi Smalls, Monet X Change, Kameron Michaels, Asia O Hara and more the whole thing was watched over and hosted by Michelle Visage, as brilliant as ever. We got songs, dance and lip-sync performances and some big laughs. A fantastic and uplifting night out.
