Late August nights at Rupert Street

Rupert Street is the stylish and sexy bar in the heart or Soho which specialises in upmarket cocktails and a cool disco vibe. The great news is that on every Saturday in August (there’s five, we counted!) the bar will be open extra late and they have DJ legend Tasty Tim on the decks for every one of them. Plus don’t forget it’s Happy Hour every day from midday to 8pm with two cocktails for £12 and £25 for a bottle of Champagne. 

Waltham Forest Pride 

Saturday 27 July is the date for this year’s Waltham Forest Pride. There’s a packed day of events starting with a brunch at the
William IV pub at 10am followed by a march to Walthamstow Town Square Gardens. In the square from midday there will be live music, guest speakers, stalls, food, drinks and more. Plus there are official afterparties at both The Chequers and The Victoria in the evening, both with drag acts and DJs. 

Oh So Social at Brighton Pride 

Oh So Social is the gorgeous club and bar venue located almost on the actual beach in Brighton.
This year for Pride they have the Freemasons DJing on the Friday (2 Aug) and on the big day itself they are throwing their Free Beach Party from midday to 7pm and later it’s the Pride Neon Party, with Mint happening on Sunday night. Tickets from ohsobrighton.co.uk.

Cabaret at The Old Ship 

There’s always fantastic cabaret happening at The Old Ship in Limehouse and they have some crackers lined-up. On Saturday 27 July, Boyz Award-winner Poppycock is taking to the stage and the following day the hilarious Cosmic, while the following week Chanel No5 makes a welcome return on Sunday 4 August. 

Tasty Mondays at Comptons 

The weekend can be tough on our pockets, that much is true and the team at Comptons are here to help us out. Each and every Monday they have a selection of amazing drinks offers including on pints of Carling, house vodka, gin, or whisky, JD, Bacardi and mixers and more all for £2.75 each for singles or £5.50 for doubles and Tasty Tim on the decks… sounds like a plan to us. 

Fun times at the Admiral 

The Admiral Duncan is the world famous cabaret bar in the very centre of Soho on Old Compton Street and there’s always something fun happening. With karaoke or cabaret every night including resident stars such as Baga Chipz, Sandra, Mary Mac, Crystal D’Canter and many guests all week.

Get clubbing at Circa 

Circa The Club is the totally gorgeous state of the art venue by Embankment Station, that is rocking our world. There’s two amazing nights each weekend starting on Friday with Vibes, a heady mix of world class DJs, outrageous performers and much more,
while on Saturdays it’s Lucky You, when Circa teams up with global star Jodie Harsh for more out of this world club shenanigans. 

Sweatbox 24/7

Sweatbox is the Boyz Award-winning sauna and gym located on the edge of Soho, just off Oxford Street. This year it’s had a gorgeous million pound makeover and is so worth a visit if you haven’t already. Plus, the best news is that Sweatbox is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week… that’s a lot of fun to be had. 

Fun nights at Sundowners 

Over the past few years Margate has become a proper trendy destinationwith artists and performers reclaiming the seaside town. Without doubt our favourite place in the Kent seaside town is Sundowners, the LGBT+ bar and club that is always so much fun. Owner Duncan and his team have theme and party nights and big name cabaret stars every Saturday and it’s always crazy!

Save The Food Chain appeal 

The Food Chain is a brilliant charity helping vulnerable people living with HIV and AIDS. Because of cuts and delays to funding they are facing a financial crisis and having to cut back the services they provide or shut their doors totally. Will You Be There Darling?

Will You Be there Darling is the unique club night that’s an inclusive non-tribal social plus a party with DJs playing commercial pop and ‘queer anthems’.
