Opening Times: Ku what a drag

Ku is the multi Boyz Award-winning group of venues in the West End world famous for its hot bar boys, cool DJs and stylish decor, and now it has embraced drag big time, with screenings of Drag Race UK and sensational Sundays at Klub. The lovely Stefanos, PR prince and award-winning host, tells us more.

Hey Stefanos, how are the screenings of Drag Race going at Ku?

They are going amazingly well thank you. Ku on Lisle Street makes those screenings bloom and provides a special experience by having drink deals as well as a DJ in the Klub from 11pm until 3am. We keep the party spirit going with our 70s, 80s, 90s club night #ThrowbackThursdays downstairs in Soho’s favourite basement Klub.

And at the other venues?

In our sibling venue, Little Ku on Frith Street, the live screenings are accompanied by the drag hostess with the mostess, Veruca Salt.

What about Sundays with Lady Lloyd and guests?

Sundays are going brilliantly, we’ve had a full house almost every Sunday at Man! I Feel Like a Woman! Numerous drag artists performing and of course our monthly residency of Ru Paul UK contestant Sum Ting Wong. Plus we’ve had guests such as Son of a Tutu, Meth, Vanity von Glow and Honey Foxxx. It’s a really camp, fun and glamorous night. We love it!
