Amazing music at the RVT

There’s a couple of very exciting club nights next week at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. On Thursday (10 Aug) it’s time to go back to the 80s with Now! This retro fitted pop party sees DJ Neil Prince celebrating the birth of the Now albums by playing a glorious mix of big 80s tunes. On Friday (11 Aug) the team from Anthem present An Almighty Night Out with DJs Andy Almighty and Sean Sirrs playing the best of Almighty records and remixes plus live PAs from Belle Erskine and Jackie Rawe. Tickets for both events from vauxhalltavern.com.

Cabaret at Halfway

It’s another sizzler at Halfway II Heaven this weekend. Friday (4 Aug) sees both Martha D’Arthur and Topsie Redfern take to that hallowed stage. On Saturday Miss Penny will be your afternoon star while the Vixens look after the later show plus the next day at CK Sunday Kelly Mild will be joined by some special guests. Hoorah!

Trouble with Men

As part of their Queer Festival 2017, the Kings Head Theatre in Islington presents Trouble with Men from Tuesday 15 August until Saturday 19 August. The show is actually three short gay plays, Three Men and Some Baggage, which is the farce, Details, which is the drama and finally London-Damascus which is the love story. Double the fun at the Old Ship

There’s two tasty cabaret treats this weekend at the Old Ship in Limehouse. On Saturday (5 Aug) it’s Miss Penny who will be joining John and the team and the next day on Sunday the gorgeous Cookie Monstar is your girl.

Nudity at Union

Do you want some fun on Friday night… and who doesn’t? Head to Union for Nudity and their regular naked dance and cruise session next Friday (11 Aug). Great DJs and a club full of frisky naked guys, sounds like a plan to us.

Fun at George and Dragon

The Duchess has always got something fun up her sleeve at the George and Dragon in Greenwich. On Friday (4 Aug) it’s Dave Lynn and on Saturday Tanya Hyde with Sandra, Mary Mac and Miss Penny on Sunday.
