HIIT Club at the Two Brewers

There really is something for everyone at the Two Brewers and this autumn they are teaming up with fitness specialists HEX to launch HIIT Club. HIIT is a nightclub themed strength and conditioning class running every Monday night and is the perfect post-weekend body blitz. The evening class is designed to give each and every participant’s metabolic rate a serious kick, so that they burn fat and continue to do so even whilst they sleep. There’s two classes, one at 7pm and one at 8pm and they happen in the Club Bar with that big loud sound system and disco lights. A drop in session costs £15 with deals available for multiple bookings. Get more details and book a place at hexlife.co.uk/hiit-club.

Push The Button at the RVT

This Friday (29 Sept) the gang from Push the Button will be giving a Shout Out To My Ex and practising their best slut drops to Move and Salute as they celebrate the all powerful Little Mix. There will be performances, sweets, drag queens and much more plus they’ll be throwing in a few tunes from fellow X Factor champ Alexandra Burke and a mix of glorious pop from the 90s until today. Get your tickets at eventbrite.co.uk.
