XXL Bear with Fat Tony

This Saturday the one and only Fat Tony will be joining the team again at Pulse to rock the main room dancefloor for those bears and blokes at XXL Bear. He’ll be playing alongside Paul Morrell and Alex Logan, while in that funky Fur Lounge it’s the dynamic due of of Egg and Dolly, aka DJs Joe Egg and David Robson… you have been warned!

BeefMince at RVT

We know it’s ‘on trend’ to be vegan and treat your body like a temple but sometimes at the weekend you need a meat treat. This Friday (20 Oct) those frisky boys from BeefMince are back at the RVT with bears and beats and blokes. Resident DJs Silverhook and Cactushead will be joined by regular guest Ross Jones for the closing set.

Your Halfway weekend

Halfway II Heaven is the gorgeous cabaret bunker just by Charing Cross Station and they have something marvellous on every night of the week. This Friday you get cabaret from KY Kelly and on Saturday there’s the triple threat of Mrs Moore at 3pm, Rose Garden at 5pm and the Vixens at 10pm. The weekend climaxes with CK Sunday, with Crystal D’Canter and her guests from 3.30pm.

Cabaret at the Two Brewers 

There’s loads on offer at the Two Brewers this week. Friday (20 Oct) sees Miss Penny destroying the Cabaret Bar while the boys from Backroom celebrate one year of clubbing in the Club Bar. On Saturday we get the unsinkable Son of a Tutu plus DJs Demon and Chris Brogan and on Sunday all hell is let loose at the Power of Three with Miss Jason, Mary Mac and Sandra!

Shyanne O Shea at the White Swan

The glamorous and very funny Shyanne O Shea, who hails from Co. Limerick in Ireland is at the White Swan this Saturday (21 Oct). The guys at the Swan are also gearing up for Halloween with Cybil’s House of Horror on Saturday 28 October, details and tickets at bjswhiteswan.com.

Fancy a cocktail at the Light Lounge

Jinkx Sings 

This Tuesday (24 Oct) the marvellous Jinxk Monsoon kicks off five nights at the Leicester Square Theatre with her show Jinkx Sings Everything. As the title suggests she gets the audience to help pick the playlist of songs for her and her put upon but brilliant keyboard player to perform. Mastery London

On Saturday (21 Oct) it’s time to get your kink on at Mastery London at The Backstreet in Mile End. It’s another session of SEX, SMoke and SUBmission from Brew Hunter and his gang of dirty bastards with guest DJ M. Arana from the USA.

The Old Ship 

There’s always a warm East End welcome at the Old Ship in Limehouse and this weekend they have cabaret from the Boy George Experience on Saturday (21 Oct) and the always amazing Drag With No Name on Sunday!

Of Kith and Kin 

Of Kith and Kin is a bold new play about love and the realities of same-sex parenthood. This gripping and also very funny play features a gay couple, their surrogate and an interfering mother. It’s at the Bush Theatre until 25 November. Tickets at bushtheatre.co.uk.
