XXL ‘It’ Halloween Saturday 28 October
‘If you go down to the club today you’re sure of a scary surprise…’ and we definitely got spooked last Saturday at the XXL Halloween party.
Mark Ames and his gang of terrifying bears and blokes had taken on the film ‘It’ for this year’s theme, which led to some creepy production, marvellous fancy dress from the XXL faithful plus DJ David Robson dressed as a ‘sexy clown’, (his words, not ours) and Paul Morrell DJing in a large yellow anorak whist holding that red balloon – think Paddington Bear with acid instead of marmalade. It was a fantastically scary night with a double dose of things that go bump and grind.
