The RVT Drag Graduation: Wednesday 29 November
The Art of Drag is a 10-week course run by Michael Twaits, he of Pride’s Got Talent and Pride in London, at the Royal Vauxhall Taven.
Last Wednesday we were there for the Graduation party when 11 exciting new acts got a chance to show some of the skills they’ve learned on the course for a packed RVT crowd. Michael was on fine form as host and he introduced us to a diverse range of performers that included Welsh humour, a trans diary, boys as girls, girls as boys and everything in-between and more, including the Emperor Ming and someone’s grandmother. It was a great showcase for all the acts, well done to everyone involved.
