Battle of the Bars Grand Final: Tuesday 12 December

Battle of the Bars is the national karaoke competition that happened in six venues throughout November.
Last Tuesday the champions from those venues – Halfway II Heaven, the Two Brewers, Admiral Duncan, the Kings Arms, Via in Manchester and Mary’s in Cardiff – came to the Brewers for the Grand Final. Hosted by London’s karaoke king Kevin Walsh, the six acts performed two tracks each for the judges: Miss Jason, Lesley Lush from the Retro Bar and Boyz’ own Dave Cross. After some amazing performances and much deliberation the winner was the brilliant Verona from the Two Brewers who walked away with £2,000 and a large smile on her face. It was a great night well done to all the contestants.
