XXL Bears ’n’ Cubs

If you go down to the woods…, well OK, not the woods but super club Pulse on Saturday (3 Feb) we guarantee you will have fun of the furry kind. It’s XXL Bears ’n’ Cubs which means it will be even more packed with those frisky, furry, fun loving fellas than normal. You also get some of the best DJs on the scene mixing up the perfect clubbing soundtrack.

Lip Sync War in on!

This weekend three of our favourite venues are hosting their heats of the amazing Lip Sync War. Friday (2 Feb) it’s the Two Brewers kicking off the crazy, Saturday it’s the turn of Halfway II Heaven and on Sunday the Admiral Duncan brings it home. We promise all these heats will be a total hoot and a half.

Treat yourself at Ku 

You did it, you made it through January, so now is the time to treat yourself with a trip to the Boyz Award-winning Ku. Both Ku Leicester Square and Ku Soho, not forgetting The Light Lounge and She Soho are open and ready to bring some winter sunshine with a delicious drink, great atmos and at the two Ku Bars, those baaaaad boys.

Snow White in Brighton 

Christmas may be gone but the brilliant Snow White, 7 Poofs and a Piano panto is in full swing in Brighton at the Paganini Theatre until 11 February. Starring Sandra, Topsie Redfern, Jason Prince and more you can get tickets at brightonticketshop.com

The RVT weekend

There’s loads on offer this weekend at the Boyz Award-winning Royal Vauxhall Tavern starting on Thursday (1 Feb) with Cancer is a Drag- Divalicious. Friday it’s those cute little kittens The LipSinkers with a bonkers show and clubbing fun. Saturday, is of course, the one and only Duckie with music from Readers Wifes and then your weekend climaxes, as it were, at Sunday Social with Charlie Hides and those gorgeous DJs.

Clapham cabaret central

Every night is action packed at the Two Brewers in Clapham and this weekend has loads on offer including Baga Chipz on Thursday (1 Feb) while Friday is the Brewers Lip Sync War heat with Mary Mac. Saturday sees the extraordinary Miss Thunderpussy at the venue and Sunday is The Power of Three for total cabaret chaos.

Jacqui Swallows at the Swan

The hilarious Jackie Swallows was voted Best Cabaret Newcomer at last year’s Boyz Awards and this Saturday (3 Feb) you can see why when she rocks up to the White Swan in Limehouse. Plus don’t forget you can vote for the Swan and Jackie in this year’s awards as well.

Go Down Under at Above The Stag

If you want some big saucy laughs mixed with a bit of sun and cocktails then head to Vauxhall… where the team at Above The Stag are packing them in for Bitches Down Under, the latest in their comedy series about a group of friends and their holiday adventures. Tickets from abovethestag.com.

Cabaret at Halfway

This Friday (2 Feb) you get two amazing acts at the multi Boyz Award-winning Halfway II Heaven with Martha D’Arthur at 8pm and The Vixens, who also have won a Boyz Award or two, at 10pm. Saturday sees the return of Rose Garden, plus Mrs More and the Lip Sync War followed by Heart & Soul and then Sunday is of course CK Sunday.
