The Old Ship: Saturday 17 February

On Saturday night we headed out east – not the far east, actually quite near east – to Limehouse to be exact, for a long overdue return to the Old Ship.
Guv’nor John Fell and his team were as friendly as always and the pub was busy with a lively crowd all determined to have a great time. A big part of that good time came from the unsinkable Myra DuBois who was on sizzling form. We got stories, observations, audience participation and a fine selection of songs delivered as only the Rotherham songbird can. We laughed, sang along, tried to avoid being picked on and laughed a lot more. A great night all around.
