The Two Brewers: Friday 2 March
There’s always good reason to say ‘Thank God it’s Friday’ at the Two Brewers, but last weekend it was even more packed with goodies than usual.
The bat-shit crazy started at 10pm with the semi-final of the Lip Sync War, hosted by Mary Mac with 12 acts from the Brewers, Halfway and the Admiral competing to be the London representative at the national final. We got camp, sexy, outrageous, Disney, Mariah on a rollercoaster and even Kate Bush, but in the end it was the totally over the top performance of Let It Go that won the night. The contest was followed by those sexy dudes at Ruggercub complete with more laughs and songs from Rose Garden. Phew, what a night!
