The London Hotel, known locally as The London, is a gorgeous pub down in Southampton. on Thursdays the fan Martha D’Arthur hosts Music Box karaoke from 9pm, DJ Ruby Roo starts your weekend in style with Fairylea Friday, while on Saturday it’s Guilty Pleasures starring top DJs and singers. And on Sundays you always get a double serving of drag comedy with The London Podium.

Missing Bar is one of Birmingham best-loved LGBT venues and every Monday night DJ Mike Emery turns the decks as a crowd of hotties get to grips with a huge £1 drinks selection. Come Tuesday drag superstar Gavina hosts karaoke night Scream Star Superstar where all singers get free shots. And on Wednesday Miss M serves up her Mid-Week Madness – a night of fun and games, cheap shots and yet more karaoke. And all this on school nights too! Tut tut.
The Liverpool Arms, Chester
Known to many as The LA, the Liverpool Arms is Chester’s only full time gay pub. Packed full of live entertainment and great shows, drag DJ Betty Sparkle is often behind the decks mixing up a storm for the city’s LGBT folk. Double house spirits and mixers start from a super-cheap £3.60 and on student nights selected drinks are just £1.50 all night! It’s open daily from midday until midnight too – check it out!
Leathermen South take over Subline Brighton
If you like your men dressed in leather – and let’s face it, why wouldn’t you? – then head down to Sublime cruise club in Brighton this Saturday (24 Mar) from 10pm. Leatherwear is optional, which means everyone is welcome, but those dressed in leather enjoy free entry, otherwise it’s £5. Lockers are available should you wish to change inside the club too. Get Wet Wet Wet in Backpool
Blackpool’s Wet Wet Wet sauna, also known as W3, is just a two minutes’ walk from the city’s gay village and offers gorgeous facilities including a steam room, sauna, hot tub, sun deck, sun shower and lots more. Massage is also available at £35 for a 45-minute treatment. W3 is open daily from 10am until 10pm and standard admission is £10; early birds, however, get in for £8 before 1pm.
