Halfway II Heaven is the delicious and much-loved cabaret hotspot by Charing Cross and Trafalgar Square and this Easter weekend they are going to have more tasty treats than the chocolate section in M&S. Here’s a look at what stars will be shining for you at Halfway.
Good Friday Special
Friday 30 March – open until 3am
For Good Friday, Heather and her team welcome two of our most favourite acts to their small but perfectly formed stage. At 8pm it’s the always hilarious Miss Jason followed at 10pm by the comedy mime songs of Miss Titti La Camp.
Easter Saturday
Saturday 31 March – open until 3am
Saturday are always a tad bonkers at Halfway, so if you add the sugar rush of all that chocolate this will be bat shit crazy. The madness starts at 3pm with the Tartan Tart, aka Mary Mac, followed at 5pm by the always calm and serene (or so it says here) Rose Garden. Later on it will be those Easter bunnies The Vixens while at various points during the day DJs Little John and Justin Swift will be twiddling the knobs and playing the tunes.
CK Easter Sunday
Sunday 1 April
Get that Sunday roast with the family down your necks as quick as possible and head to Halfway for CK Sunday and their Easter special from 3.30pm (it’s also good to line your stomach in case you have a sherry or two). Crystal D’Canter and Kelly Mild will both be belting out the hits and there’s bound to be a few Easter surprises, plus at 8pm the gorgeous Tanya Hyde will be live on stage.
The Food Chain Fundraiser
Bank Holiday Monday 2 April
The always gorgeous, often sober, voice of a thousand fags Mrs Moore presents a very special bank holiday fundraiser for The Food Chain from 3pm. There will be a glittering galaxy of stars (she told us to say that) including Miss Penny, Baga Chipz, Vanity Nightmare, Marsha Mallow, Wilma Ballsdrop, Ellie Delights, Miranda Jane and DJ Justin Swift. Come down, support a great charity and watch Mrs Moore single handily reduce the world’s supply of Skittle Bombs.
