La Voix is a sensation, pure and simple. As he told his story about coming from Stockton on Tees and his dream of becoming a star, he immediately had the audience in the palm of his elegantly gloved hand. His line in patter between the numbers was also self-deprecating but that made the audience warm to him even more. La Voix’s vocal talent is extraordinary moving between homages to Cher, Liza Minnelli, Judy Garland, Shirley Bassey and Alison Moyet with an ease that showcased his admiration and respect for his fellow singers. La Voix is an artist at the top of his game and if you want to see a performer who is pure glamour and class you won’t find better. A stunning display of an artist who aims for perfection and delivers without hesitation. Elegance personified.
