The Old Ship: Saturday 21 April
Last Saturday night we wanted a fun night out with a warm welcome and some great cabaret and we got that and much more at the Old Ship in Limehouse.
Saturday was in actual fact the venue’s annual St George’s Day fundraiser, which was collecting funds for the St James Hospice. By the time we arrived, there had been food and music all day with pearly kings and queens and cabaret from the hilarious Wilma Ballsdrop. The crowds were loving it and were all singing along when amazing soul music duo Heart & Soul were on stage delivering beautiful vocals and hit after hit. We had a great night and it was all in a great cause.
