Duckie Gay Shame at The RVT: Saturday 7 July

Duckie Gay Shame at The RVT: Saturday 7 July

There really is nowhere else in London – or on Earth, for that matter – quite like Duckie at The RVT and last Saturday was bonkers, even by their own high standards.

For their annual Gay Shame they were not only inside the Vauxhall venue, but had also taken over the next door railway arch (usually the public walkway) expanding the size of the event. Both parts of the party had amazing music from the likes of The Readers Wifes, Father Cloth and Amy Lamé, plus a series of performances and what we’ll call live art, including the Homo Potato Peeler, Lesbo Fag Roller, The Tap Cats and much more. Duckie is so more than just a club, it’s a statement, an experience and, above all, brilliant fun.
