Last Saturday afternoon was the first Waltham Forest Pride that took place in Walthamstow Town Square and that was followed by a party at The Victoria. The Pride event was a great success with a good crowd turning out to hear speeches and more. The celebrations continued at The Victoria where promotor Pixie had gathered together some of the venue’s favourite cabaret acts to perform, all hosted by Walthamstow’s finest export since East 17, the tasty Victoria Sponge. We had a fun time and well done to everyone involved in launching this new annual Pride event.
