We had a brilliant time at Brighton Pride this year. From the amazing Parade through to the Festival in Preston Park, outrageous afterparties and finishing with Chic singing Good Times – and it certainly was.
Yes, we know there was a nightmare for loads of people trying to get home to London on Saturday because of major problems at Brighton station, but that can’t take away from what was an amazing weekend. We loved dancing in the big top and screaming on the fun fair, we may have shed a tear when 14 year old Athena Heart took to the cabaret stage with Martha and Lola, and we most certainly sang along to Britney and danced to Jess Glynne and Nile Rodgers. Well done to the whole team, see you next year!
