Get ready for the Sparkle debacle at Sundowners 

Seaside cabaret powerhouse Sundowners welcomes the fabulous Ms Davina Sparkle to the stage this Saturday (8 Aug) from 11pm. Expect a flood of sequins, songs and foul language as this blonde bombshell blows the roof of this Margate funhouse like only a babe from Brighton can. Entry is free before 9pm for just £3 after.

Fridays at The Yard Coventry

Your weekends in September are set to go off with a bang at The Yard in Coventry because every Friday the team welcomes a different world-class cabaret act to the stage, starting this Friday (7 Sep) with Miss Marty. Next Friday it’s Fanny Coil, then on the 21st it’s Spangles Galore and finally, on Friday 28 September, the amazing Fanny Burns is your star turn.

XXL Birmingham returns to The Core

The XXL team leave their London home of Pulse every third Friday of the month and head up to Birmingham where they take over party palace The Core from 10pm, and your next serving of this kick-ass weekend-starter is on Friday 21 September. Expect a solid six hours of non-stop house anthems from XXL resident DJ Paul Morrell at the gay owned and run venue, as a crowd of the Midlands’ finest bears and blokes sink beer and burn up the dancefloor. Take your pick at Greenhouse Luton

The Greenhouse sauna in Luton is a large and modern spa for gay and bi men, and it has a ton of events on throughout the month too. On the 1st or 3rd Saturday of the month from 7pm until 6am the team host Naked or Underwear nights where no towels (or female underwear) are allowed. There’s an 80s Disco Night every Friday from 8pm until 4am, while every Wednesday its Bring Out The Bears night.

The Manchester Gay Skinhead Weekend

After a few years’ break from the gay skinhead scene, the Manchester Gay Skinheads are back next month with a full weekend of events, meetings and even a brand new club

launch at a never-used venue based right in the heart of the Canal Street Village. Taking place over three days from 5 until 7 October, expect crowds of skinheads from all over the UK to flock to Skinfinity at The Backdoor Basement (Friday), Alert Club (Saturday) and Eagle Manchester (Sunday), as well as many other social events including shopping, sauna visits and cabaret. Releashed is back at Amigo Leisure Leicester 

The Releashed guys are back at Amigo Leisure sauna in Leicester with their brand new steamy night Releashed this Saturday (8 Sep). Leicester’s only pup meet starts at 6pm and includes a free supper, plus you have access to the sauna’s facilities including steam room, hot tub, cinema room, private rooms, darker areas, cafe and outside smoking area.
