OK, we can breathe, the tough part is over, the voting has closed in the Boyz Awards 2019. The constant offers of sexual favours and bribes will return to their normal levels at Boyz Towers, i.e none whatsoever.
While we collate the results, it’s time to focus on the most important thing… the party!
Yes, once again the great, the good and the down right naughty of the LGBT+ scene will be gathering for the annual Boyz Awards Results Party, it’s at The Two Brewers next Thursday (21 Feb), doors open at 7pm, and the show starts sharp at 9pm.
The Oscars may not have a host this year, but we are thrilled that we have the best in the business, the one and only Lola Lasagne. She’ll be wielding that clip board like a Jedi lightsaber making sure we don’t have too many tears or tantrums. We are also thrilled that the marvellous Felix Le Freak, the winner of Drag Idol 2018 , will be performing. But of course the real attraction is watching all your favourite scene stars pretending to be pleased when someone else wins.
It’s always a great fun night and everyone is welcome, nominees, readers, everyone, we all look forward to seeing you there.
