Last Thursday was a very special night at the Two Brewers as a packed crowd helped one of the scene’s most loved acts celebrate a special anniversary.
We were there, of course, for Lola Lasagne’s 30th anniversary show, hosted by Boyz own Dave Cross, who fought bravely to get a word in edgeways with Lola and her three guests, Miss Jason, Mary Mac and Myra DuBois, all of whom were on equally sizzling form. We got stories and tales of Lola’s many adventures, photos from the vaults and some great songs from all the acts. It was a genuinely lovely and hilarious night all round.
