The Ku empire always puts on an epic party for Pride in London and this year will be no exception. Here, Ku host and PR manager Stefanos reveals what the team has in store for you this weekend.
“Proudly independent, the Ku Group has been supporting the UK’s LGBTQ scene for almost 25 years, helping charities, hiring people from all across the gay world and arranging events to educate people and make them have fun.
“For Ku, Pride is a day full of fun, emotions and memories. This year we mark the #PrideJubilee to its fullest, remembering 50 years of activism, protests and victories that have made the Pride movement what it is today.
“This year at Ku Lisle Street we are going all rainbowey, so expect topless bartenders with rainbow painted bodies wearing all-new Addicted swimwear proudly sponsored by Addicted.es, ES Collection and ESmale.
“What’s more, we are turning our whole terrace into a beach style riviera with a massive rainbow balloon wall in the front of the building, complete with all sorts of beers and bubbles served throughout the day from our window display.
“There’s also a line-up of five leading DJs, plus go-go dancers with Addicted and ES merchandise for everyone will be waiting for you on our big windows in Little Ku on Frith Street in the heart of Soho, where the soul of the party is taking place.
“There’ll be cocktails in The Light Lounge, shots at SHE Bar and more DJs in Ku Lisle Street and Klub, with 36 hours of music coming from the DJs!
“Plus we’re pulling out the Pride CO2 guns and biodegradable confetti canons too, which are proudly sponsored by Bacardi.
