Trafalgar Square Pride in London: Saturday 6th July
The rally in Trafalgar Square really is at the very heart of Pride in London and last Saturday it was definitely the place to be. Hosted in glorious and ‘are we allowed to say camp’ style by Michael Twaits, he welcomed to the stage a whole range of LGBTQ+ people and some amazing allies too. heading the bill was Billy Porter from Pose and genuine hollywood a-lister Renee Zellweger, but we also had acts and speakers from the scene such as Son of a Tutu, Gals Aloud, Karla Bear winner of Drag Idol and Above The Stag as well as the Mayor of London, Sir Ian Mckellen and much more.
