We hadn’t been to Duckie at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern for a while and were thrilled, but not surprised, to find it busier than ever last Saturday. This much loved club night delivers amazing alternative pop and a mega friendly vibe better than anyone else, and is the perfect fit for the RVT. Duckie hostess and Mayor of London’s Night Czar, Amy Lamé, was on hand and on stage in her usual engaging style to introduce the night’s guests including American comedian Scott Capurro and burlesque artist Coco Deville. The music was of course first class from the Readers Wifes and we had a fantastic night. Marvellous.
