G-A-Y Kerry Ellis: Saturday 15th April
The G-A-Y crowd may be into the latest pop hits but they also love a good sing-along to some quality musical theatre.
Last Saturday they were treated to one of the biggest stars of the West End when the delightful Kerry Ellis took to the hallowed stage. Kerry was having a ball belting out songs from her new album Golden Days, which she recorded with Brian May. She got her friend, drag cabaret star Velma Celli, to join her on stage and, of course, she delivered a roof-raising version of Defying Gravity from Wicked, one of Jeremy’s favourite song
