The D.E Experience at the RVT

If the state of the world is getting you down, don’t panic, there’s still one thing you can count on. This Sunday (18 Jun) the magnificent DE Experience will have us rolling in the aisles at Sunday Service at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. The bespectacled wonder will be telling stories, commenting on world events, destroying us with sizzling one liners and leading the troops in some gorgeous sing-alongs. Plus you get amazing DJs such as Simon Le Vans, Liam Chaplin and Sean Sirrs.

DJ Sin Morera at XXL

This Saturday the gang at XXL will be welcoming a sexy special guest in the form of New York DJ and record producer Sin Morera to the decks in the main room at Pulse for their XXL Lumberjack Party. Grr!

Saucy Jack arrives at the Brewers

Set in a dead-end, intergalactic dive bar, Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens is a funk-strutting, glitterboots-wearing,
disco-extravaganza that is back for four dates from this Thursday (15 Jun) in the Club Bar at the Two Brewers. This camp space adventure stars a host of scene favourites including Tia Kofi and Fanny Fierce from The Vixens. Dates and tickets at twoboxproductions.co.uk.

LGBT’s the Word

LGBT’s the Word is a creative writing group for anybody in the LGBTQ community happening this Thursday (15 Jun) at 56 Dean Street from 6pm until 8pm. Just bring a short piece of writing to read out and you can get feedback in a friendly, supportive environment. How cool is that?

Prowler’s 20th birthday

The team at Prowler continues to celebrate two decades of innovative gay retailing with special offers across both their Soho and Brighton stores. Choose from underwear and more until the end of June.

Her Upstairs

There’s a great weekend ahead at Her Upstairs with Queer as F*ck on Friday (16 Jun), followed by Queer Bash at Them Downstairs. Saturday (17 Jun) is S9turdays and Bitch I’m Mzz Kimberley followed by Tramp with Lady Lloyd and Tasty Tim, and then it’s Sunday Mass with Virgin Xtravaganzah.

Mondays at Molly’s

Soho cabaret pub Molly Moggs has reopened and they are ramping up the big name acts appearing the Old Compton Street venue. Cookie Monstar, Rose Garden, Tiffaney Wells and more are all weekly residents and every Monday the gang are welcoming different names with Myra DuBois, Vicki Vivacious and Miss Penny over the next few weeks. And this Monday (19 Jun) it’s the reopening night special!

Titti La Camp at the G&D

This Friday (16 Jun) the marvellous Titti La Camp will be bringing her hilarious show to Greenwich as she entertains The Duchess and her minions at the recently refurbished George & Dragon. 

Rotterdam

Rotterdam is the award-winning play by Jon Brittain that is a bittersweet comedy about gender, sexuality and being a long way from home. It’s at the Arts Theatre West End for four weeks from this Wednesday (21 Jun). Tickets at artstheatrewestend.co.uk.
