XXL Pride party at Pulse

Pride at XXL is always a humdinger and this year’s promises to be the biggest and best yet. He’s a look at what’s happening this Saturday night at Pulse and we hear from XXL owner Mark Ames too.

If you like men of the bears or blokes or hunk persuasion then on Saturday night all roads will lead across Blackfrairs Bridge to Pulse for XXL Pride.

Their annual Pride party is an all-singing, all-dancing flirt-fest-athon that will be packed with more hunks per square inch than anywhere else in town. The music will be first class with DJ Pagano returning to the main room alongside Paul Morrell and Alex Logan while in that funky Fur Lounge Joe Egg and David Robson will be mixing up a storm.

On the night the team will be raising money for the Peter Tatchell Foundation and we asked XXL owner Mark Ames why he’s chosen this charity – he told us: “We support Peter because of his tireless and selfless efforts for human rights and the LGBTQ community. I have huge respect for Peter and he deserves more support from our community.” We also asked Mark about this year’s Pride In London theme, Love Happens Here, and he said: “At XXL love happens everywhere – spread the love!”

Entry is £11 members, £16 guests. Advance tickets at xxl-london.com.

XXL is at Pulse, 1 Invicta Plaza, Blackfriars Bridge Road, London, SE1 9UF.
